When God said let there be light one ray of light shot off into the infinite Universe. Eventually it returned and it stuck one man giving him powers and abilities beyond the imagination. He can fly at light speed, shoot beams of light from his eyes and fingers. He can control the width of them and intensity. He is "Iconic".
