Comments: Faith has the most beautiful blue eyes. The at is gorgeously done and the colors are outstanding.
We see that Faith may not be as active as a super-hero because she was framed for murder but you can not take the hero out of her. She can not stand by and do nothing when someone needs help. She is what all heroes should aspire to be.
So on the way to the police station a funny thing happens a Kaiju a giant dragon shows up and it is not what it seems.
Monica Jim aka Animalia is a friend of Faith's. She needs help and another friend of Faith's just might be able to, Doctor Mirage. The colors used on the Doctor do help create a costume that has a creepy look.
This issue introduces the characters and sets up the coming story. Super-heroes and the supernatural always make for an interesting comic. The two do go well together.
This issue establishes the fact that Faith is and always will be a hero. You gotta have faith in Faith.

Comments: Doctor Mirage is drawn with a creepy look to her. The way she talks about ghosts might give you the creeps. Her eyes are weird. Faith and Animalia are seeking Doctor Mirage to help Animalia with a ghost problem.
Animalia does have a attitude for someone wanting help. As her ghosts appear they are something new for Doctor Mirage and for Faith.
Seeing Faith and seeing her doing what she has to to help her friend you realize that you are looking at a true hero here. She may be afraid yet there is no hesitation in her action, no doubt. Going to the other side of life scares her.
It is wonderful to see Faith can get help when she needs it. This Doctor Mirage is a professional and just who Faith needed to help her. These two do actually make for a great team-up.
Faith though steals the show she is what all heroes should be.

Comments: Faith is a true hero she does whatever it takes to help a kid who is a friend. She will go and do whatever she needs to. If you want to see and experience what a hero is like just look at Faith.
The colors are so beautifully done. They are rich and fully, the shading goes from one shade to the next so smoothly.
Monica Jim aka Animalia is a captive and she is being held in one scary place.
The Deadside is a strange place and one you should be afraid in. A dragon car is not something one might expect in the afterlife but Faith gets to fight one. Faith and Dr. Mirage along with a couple friends they picked up along the way find themselves in deadly danger. A nightmare greets them in a tunnel.
Reading this issue you realize Faith is all you need. Faith in Faith. She is a super-hero like no other. This beauty will draw you to her and you will like her and fall in love with her character.
