Comments: A quiet dinner for Tony changes when things start to go wrong and then they start to go really wrong. The Black Widow and Black Panther do not fair to well dealing with Iron Man.
Captain Marvel, Captain America and Thor stand ready to face the might of Madame Masque and the U-Foes. There is a brief battle lead by Thor. It is toned down, so not overly violent.
This comic is an all audience one so it is meant for younger readers. Of course all ages can enjoy it to. The art is nice and simple yet straight forward in showing off the characters. There is nothing to dynamic about it.
The amount of super-heroes and super villains provides a wide variety for your enjoyment.
The issue ends on a cliffhanger with Iron Man in danger.

Comments: A.I.M. is in control of Iron Man and giving him a test run. Iron Man finds his body fighting to be free. The way the A.I.M. characters are written gives this issue a sense of humor.
The art looks great being done in a style for a younger audience.
This comic does make reading comics fun. It will make you smile.
Captain America and the controlled Iron Man get into a battle. Iron Man is kept in the shadows to give him a more menacing look. Until he stands revealed.
The new Advanced Iron Mechanic jumps out at you visually and fills you with fear. The power is just radiating outward from him.
The heroes are all wonderful to see as they interact and are in action. There is excitement in the Mighty Marvel manner and IDW. These two companies do make a cool all ages comic book.

Comments: The art style is for a younger reader with a cartoonish look. The U-Foes do look awesome as they take on S.H.I.E.L.D. with Madame Masque leading them. She is a great villain.
The Advanced Iron Mechanic aka evil Iron Man is an awesome fighter and he has a terrifying presence.
One soldier in the A.I.M. army realizes what the right thing to do is. With all the super powered being around it is nice to see the focus shift to one of the little guys. He is just a man and at his core he is a good man who knows what he has to do.
The good guys go all out and with Captain America leading them A.I.M. stands no chance.
There is a little humor thrown in. The fun part though is watching all the super-heroes and villains facing off against each other. Good vs evil in the ultimate battle. Plus a mysterious villain makes ready to make his presence known.

Comments: Thor and Captain Marvel are in fierce combat against the nameless ones. The battle is done in a lighthearted way. The art matches the story.
Count Nafaria is this issues villain. He can handle about half of the Avengers. With his new power maybe he can handle them all.
This is a fun lighthearted read with cute art.
Thor and Captain Marvel are in fighting mode. They do get to face off against some big bad monsters. Madame Masque strikes from the shadows. Count Nafaria her dad is out for power and he gets it. Can the combined forces of the super-heroes in the Avengers stop him?
Count Nafaria is a villain that you do not see often. He is also one that can stand toe to toe with the Avengers.

Comments: Count Nefaria has the Avengers on the ropes. He has two items of power.
Captain America and Black Panther take on an army of other dimensional creatures. The Count is controlling them and he ends up controlling some of the Avengers most powerful.
The Count is presented as a force to be feared with. All the creatures he now controls are monstrous beings full of battle rage. They live only to fight.
This is an all ages comic so the fighting is toned down. The art is nice and simple and shows off the characters well.
The story and action are not overly exciting. Count Nefaria stands out more than any of the super-heroes. The interaction between Captain Marvel and Doctor Strange is boring. It is nice to see all the various heroes facing a villain that you do not normally see in Count Nefaria. He makes for one cool villain.

Comments: Count Nefaria has to much power and it is affecting him. The Ruby Egress is an ancient thing of magical power.
Thor is having trouble fighting its influence on him.
The Avengers are on the attack against Count Nefaria and with the Ruby Egress he is a force to be reckoned with.
Madame Masque is looking good waiting in the wings.
The Avengers do see action in a magical realm and in the real world. They face a crazed foe who is his own worst enemy as he gets drunk on power.
There needed to be more to this story. The art looks good showcasing the super-heroes and villains. Thor is shown as a uncontrolled warrior. Black Panther is shown up and it does look nice on him. Captain Marvel is used more than the other characters and she seems mature yet still a little stuck up.
Captain America, Iron Man, Black Widow needed to be used more.
Overall it is a fun adventure for readers of all ages.

Comments: Killer Shrike is not his old self as the Black Panther finds him. Something spooked Killer Shrike.
M.O.D.O.K. when he is shown is an imposing figure. His huge head and battle suit encasing will strike fear into those who behold him. Madame Masque though is not impressed and neither are the U-Foes. The art does show off all these villains to wondrous effect. Of course a gathering of villains would not be perfect if a fight did not break out. M.O.D.O.K. true to character is brave unless he is in danger then like the coward he truly is he flees. Madame Masque is a villain that you might expect to be a hero. She cares about people and our planet.
Something is going on and that strange looking creature that Captain america sees is behind it. What is it? Is it an alien, part of an alien invasion? Only time will tell and the next issue.
This all ages comic is great for a young reader as it is not overly violent and has easy to follow characters. You can tell who is who and follow them fairly easily.
The heroes are illustrated heroic in their poses.

Comments: The Avengers face attacks on several fronts from the UFO's and Madame Mask plus another one in the tower a real monster. As well the Black Panther faces his fear.
The art looks gorgeous and yes it is for a younger reader but any age could enjoy this. The Black Widow and Madame Mask are drawn so beautifully.
The Black Panther vs his father also the Black Panther is a excitingly drawn fight as they go at it. Thor vs Ironclad this is a cute short battle.
Here the Avengers face the Fear Eaters and they are a huge alien threat not only to them but to the planet.
Captain Marvel gets a lovely one page spread illustrating her butt so nicely.
The villains are not used well enough nor are the fully convincing as villains. Maybe due to the fact this is a all ages comic. Still it could use more to say hey I am evil and I need to be defeated.
The females are shown wonderfully in the art but the males overall are not as featured. They do not get the close ups.
It is great to see all the Avengers in action they do make a great team.

Comments: Iron Man is like a modern day knight in shining armor.
The Avengers are battling some fear inducing creatures. Nothing is said as to what they are and how they came to be attacking the city. The Avengers use team work to win the fight.
A.I.M. certainly ups there dangerous status. They have created a threat that may just defeat the Avengers. Madame Masque is a part of it and she is one of the most deadly Avengers foes around.
Captain America is shown as a man with hope and he tries to bring that hope out in others. He believes in the best in people.
Iron Man and the Black Panther seem to be alike a lot. Both have suits of armor and both are intelligent and both have daddy issues. T'Challa is more serious were Tony is more relaxed.
The Avengers only four of them are used in this issue. It works in this low key adventure.

Comments: Captain A.I.M.erica does not look anywhere near as impressive as Captain America. A couple Avengers free him and they are all on the run in a city controlled by A.I.M.The Avengers have been fighting back just they have not made much head way.
How or what are those mysterious eyes in the dark cause Captain America pain? Captain America does seem off.
This issue was basically to get Captain America back with Iron Man and Black Widow.
So it is Avengers vs A.I.M. controlled Avengers. The action though just starts here so next issue will have the main fight. The Hulk does not look good in yellow. For Yellow Jacket aka Wasp its a good look. Overall the Avengers A.I.M. versions do not look good.
Then we see what is really going on.

Comments: The Avengers take on the A.I.M. Avengers and these two teams are evenly matched. Captain America is fighting in a dream world and fighting to get out of it. Even in a dream world Captain America is a fighter and he will fight the good fight against the bad guys. He may stop for a second but that's it and he is off ready to go. Knowing your going to go take out some bad guys real or not is enough to get Cap going.
The mystery man stalking Steve in his nightmare is a mystery. Who could he be?
The art needs to show more action in the fights. Yes this comic is for a younger audience but it can still show some violence.
Captain America at first is feeling down not wanting to fight until he realizes he does want to because that is what he does he never gives up not even against a dream. Captain America always has hope.
