Title: The Sensational G-Girl # 6 Publisher: Heroic Publishing Written by: David Berge, Dennis Mallonee Art by: James Webb, Gordon Purcell Letters and Colors by: Dick O'Malley Price: $ 4.99 US, $ 5.75 Can Rating: 2 out of 5 stars Website: www.heroicpublishing.comComments: As G-Girl stops some drug dealers the Rubber-Band Man horns in on the action. These two super-heroes are different than each other. Rubber-Band Man is old fashioned in his ways, G-Girl is not. The art needs to be clearer. The proportions for people in the same panel are way off. The body proportions on G-Girl are all wrong. There is kind of an origin story for Rubber-Band Man but it is not much of one. The Rubber-Band Man means well in an old fashioned sort of way. G-Girl though is not old fashioned. She puts Mr. Rubber-Band Man in his place. Yes do not annoy G-Girl. "The Journal of Billi Jayne Jensen" G-Girl is recounting a dream she had of himself as a child. The art has a retro style to it. G-Girl's butt is drawn nice and tight. The story is all about G-Girl and the love he has for his mother and him wanting to rescue her. Loki is a key factor in it. The Greek Gods do tie in a lot with the super-heroes in these comics. G-Girl is a fun super-hero.
