Tomorrow morning, fifty years and one day after Sesame Street premiered, we’re launching our new PBS KIDS TV show, Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum, based on the kids books I created with Chris Eliopoulos. The series is about a boy named Xavier, his sister Yadina, and their best friend Brad (my favorite character). Every episode, they encounter a problem (like being bullied), and their secret museum sends them back in time to meet a hero (like Rosa Parks) who teaches them how to deal with their problem.
Tomorrow morning, you’ll be able to see a sneak peek of the full Helen Keller episode (SO WORTH IT). And you can also build your own I AM character version of yourself here.
Needless to say, if you’re on social media, please feel free to post the I AM version of yourself, or something like:

When I was 5 years old, shows like Sesame Street and Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood taught me you could use your creativity to put good into this world. Today, that’s what we’re trying to do – use our creativity to put more good into the world.
Most important, thanks for believing in every crazy dream we come up with, whether it’s TV, kids books, comics, thrillers, or nonfiction (cheap plug within a cheap plug: newest book for adults here).
Ready for adventure?
Set your DVR now. Xavier Riddle premieres TOMORROW.
COMING IN JANUARY
The First Conspiracy – Young Readers Edition
All the thrills of the secret plot to kill George Washington, but we took out the prostitutes and drinking (for real) so you have the perfect book for young readers.
COMING IN APRIL
I am Leonardo da Vinci
The 20th hero in the Ordinary People Change the World series – about the Renaissance artist and inventor.
COMING IN MAY
The Lincoln Conspiracy
The little known, but true story about a secret society and their failed assassination attempt on Abraham Lincoln.
