Comments: The settings in this future are beautifully illustrated and the cars designs are sleek things of beauty. The people are drawn with their emotions expressed so you can read them easily.
In the future there is a pandemic going on and the world is suffering. The human race face organ failure and the price is high to survive it.
For one woman Pam her life has changed dramatically due to her organ failure. Pam is a wonderful character she is so hopefully and full of life. You will find yourself routing for her.
There are references to a sickness that resembles the Corvid-19 virus. So this virus going around has similarities to it.
For Pam her life was going great than the organ failure changed all that. Now Regenerist with Matt Travers organ replacements have changed the world. Yes lives are saved but the cost may be to high.
Pam now takes measures into her own hands. She steps up and stands up for herself. Will Matt do the same?
This issue introduces Matt and tells you a little about him and it fills you in on what is going on in the world. For some the world is not all that nice a place. Those who get sick are treated like second class citizens or worse.
This issue certainly does drew you into the story and gets you involved with wanting to know more.

Comments: Matt Travers now works to help others but he nano tech is being abused and he knows it. He is a caring man and wants to help others. He knows his nano techs help others and keeps them alive but at a cost and that cost he now wants to find out the truth about. Is it to high? There is a mystery here.
Matt is haunted by his wife and children's memories. He uses them though to make himself stronger and to do the right thing. Matt is a good guy and just wants to help people and he wants a cure for this virus. His nano tech organs though save lives and he lives lives with them. The thought that he may be responsible in some way for deaths drives him to push to solve this mystery.
The art is gorgeously done the cars are so sleek and aerodynamic. The colors look amazing. The people are beautifully illustrated to show what they are thinking and how they feel.
The villain is made apparent this issue.
Pam's mother is shown the woman who died from the donor tech and we look at things from her perspective. A mother who lost her daughter. As you think about Pam you will feel sad at the waste, at the loss, she did not deserve what she got. The mother you will feel for her.
This is a dramatic series about a future that could actually exist. The things here could really happen.
