When Mega Man appears it is not all that impressive. He is illustrated with a thin body. What is a Mega Mini? As Mega Man goes into battle it not drawn well to illustrate his fighting ability. There is talk about a Hard Age where robots and humans fought. Skull Man wants another war and he may get one. The art has nothing about it to catch your eye or make it stand out. Mega Man is treated like a real boy out of the armor. Dr. Light's robots all are treated and look like ordinary humans yet they are robots. The action needed to be shown better. The art was boring. The action should have been shown as hard hitting and it was not. The poses needed to be more dynamic. None of the characters are explained as to who they are so unless you already know the characters you will have no idea who they are. Who is Skull Man? Who is Mega Man and what is his purpose?
