Comments: Linnea and Parker Kent are a loving detective team. Husband and wife, he was a fighter and her a homocide detective. Now Linnea in back in her home town with Parker as her partner/assistant.
Mr. Powers comes in and he is a disgusting man. Linnea we see is observant and her husband Parker is protective of her. Mr. Powers leaves to.
Before they even get a case there is a lot going on in their lives.
They do get an actual case. Linnea knows exactly what to do. Parker seems at times kind of slow yet he loves his wife and would do anything for her. She is the brains and he is the muscle.
Parker in a fight is brutal. A bar full of bikers end up with more then they expected as he walks in. His wife points to the bikers and Parker starts hitting hard.
So the Kents find themselves in something bigger than expected. One missing girl is only the tip of the iceberg here. Linnea is smart enough to know that. The missing girl may be still alive but she is in extreme danger. What is going on? Is it white slavery. Something else? Linnea and Parker are now on the case.

Comments: Linnea and Parker are searching for a missing girl who could be on a mysterous Island. So of course they go there. This husband and wife team do work smoothly together. You can tell they are in love.
The Island was a storage place for white slavery. Yet it becomes apparent that there is a lot more going on here.
The art looks great as we see this married team in action it is just like watching a TV detective series unfolding.
Linnea is the brains of the two and Parker is the mucles and both have big hearts. Parker does get to smash and bash a few heads so there is some action. Linnea is the one that holds the reins on him.
The story moves along smoothly overall though the book is a bit slow. If they were real live actors this would be much better.
The mystery of what exactly is going on is intriguing. It is way beyond just white slavery. What exactly it is though will have you guessing, so your interest will be peaked.

Comments: Linnea is shown as a homicide detective in the big city before she moved to a small town. Her reading of the clues that the writer wrote was not completely right. She was having problems at work so did what was best for her health. Parker wow the love he has for Linnea knows no bounds. His reaction lets all know he is the perfect guy for her. His love is an emotional thing to see and feel.
Linnea and Parker work together as private detectives. Linnea leads and Parker follows. They end up finding a cult. This is a big cult and well armed. They are fanatics with a sense of humor. Linnea does not react well to the actions of the cult leader.
Things are starting to get exciting and dangerous and things amp up here as what was thought to be happening is a whole lot more. What exactly is happening is a mystery. Why does this cult exist?
The art does have a slight cartoon look to it. The scenes of the cultists look like you would expect a real gathering of cultists to look like.
Linnea and Parker make a wonderful couple and team. Each has their strengths and weaknesses. The love between them is what makes this comic.

Comments: Linnea and Parker are discovered and they start running for their lives. The cult is after them and it is done in a way that is low key. It is some fun scenes just not exciting. The furry orgy is there and made fun of yet it is part of being a part of this cult. Why does it exist?
So Linnea and Parker after getting away from this cult turn around and sneak right back in. Things do not go as planned. They are surprised.
The art makes it hard to fully see and enjoy the characters. Linnea and Parker are shown as being in love. The cult is weird yet we do not learn or even get a clue as to what is their purpose.
Linnea comes across here as being the physically weaker member, while Parker is the muscle for sure. Linnea dooes not get a chance to show off her smarts here.
The cult members and leaders if you can call them that are involved in some strange stuff. How does it all tie in together. Many things are shown with no answers.
Parker and his attitude and sense of humor are the best parts of this issue as they stand out.
