Comments: Some boys are playing truth or dare. One boy tells of seeing a monster outside the house. This leads to something terrifying happening which we do not get the full details of but just enough so we know something happened to the children.
Then we see a young woman with a frightening mask. She completed one task and is ready for the next.
This young blonde woman has a presence about her that says do not disturb because she is already disturbed.
This woman does listen to James's retelling of what happened to his friends. Yes it is gory. What James saw was a nightmare come to life. The art brings this out fully.
This comic does have a dark and disturbing quality that does grab you. You will know fear.

Comments: A family is suffering since a child has gone missing from it. The way it is handled gives you a bad feeling and one of a growing horror.
A woman and James a young boy hang out in a restaurant as she plans her monster hunt. The art really gives her a weird look. You can easily tell something is off about her and very different. The look back in her past has her in some bloody battles with monsters.
This woman's traveling companion or helper or whatever it is is strange and it will have you taking a second look at it and than a 3rd.
The build up is this issue and the previous one will get you waiting to find out what is killing the children. You will be looking for the next issue.
This monster hunter is one weird woman. She is mysterious especially with her name not being revealed. She is a quiet person and goes about her business of gathering information before she goes in for the kill.

Comments: Erica Slaughter, finally her name is revealed and it sure fits her and what she does. The art gives her a creepy yet cute look with some sexuality to it.
Erica makes it clear she is in charge here. The Sheriff does realize that as well. Erica knows what she is there for and she wants to get on with it. She is a pro and she has resources.
We get a lot of suspenseful building up of for the battle to come. We are also treated to a peek at the terror Erica must face. Erica is the main character and she has a helping pair of hands in James a local teen.
The personality of Erica gives this book an atmosphere of coming dread.
The more you read the more you feel it creeping up on you whatever she is after keeps getting more monstrous you know it is there and you know Erica will confront it. You will find yourself waiting with bated breath.

Comments: Erica is shopping with her new friend James and they are picking up all kinds of goodies.
The way Erica Slaughter is draw is totally different the look will have you looking again and again. She is weird yet with a touch of hidden danger. You know she could kill you.
Erica is going into the woods to hunt a monster. As Erica readies for battle she is a frightening sight. Chainsaw and glow stick are at the ready. Erica does enter a den of evil. What she finds there is sickening.
There is a nice build up leading to Erica finding what is killing the children plus a little surprise thrown in. James makes for a cute endearing touch.
Erica Slaughter is unlike anyone you have met and the mysteries surrounding her just draw you into her. Who and what is the organization she works for? Who exactly is she? How did she become a monster slayer?
The art keeps you on edge as well as the writing both being done so well to bring across this enigmatic character.

Comments: The art is done so it is really hard to make out what is going on as Erica Slaughter fights the monster. Her face mask looks scary though it makes her more frightening then the monster which you can barely see.
We can see Erica getting ready to battle. Just the actual battle itself is shown so badly it is not possible to follow. Most of this issue is focused on the battle to.
Erica does show she is a tough girl She also cares and does everything to protect others.
The story does have a way of bringing out the horror of what is going on in this town. The horror which is stopped only to reveal an even greater horror ready to take its place. Erica's work is far from over.
All the people in the town are in deadly danger.

Comments: Erica is hanging out at the hospital checking on one boy that was injured. She is going monster hunting. She is a weird looking girl and the monster better beware.
This issue gives us more background on Erica. It also shows her caring side and the fact that she misses her childhood. She misses having a normal life. It does also let us know she now still has people above her in the monster killing business.
The police involved do act as you might expect. The one in change just wants this over with and no more children dying.
Erica's bosses they seem like real jerks. They do not care at all about anything except themselves and their organization.
Erica though is one weird babe who will do what it takes to get rid of the monster and its babes. Erica Slaughter will slaughter them.

Comments: Lots of children have been found and it is a far from pretty sight. It is a sad and terrifying one as you see all the body bags.
Erica has Aaron show up he is her superior. She does not fully treat him as such but does recognize his place.
Eric's eyes are weird and they let you know you should not mess with her.
Aaron is not as caring about others as Erica is, he is willing to sacrifice others to achieve his goal.
The monsters is this issue are briefly shown and do not appear all that evil or dangerous yet you know they are. You would still not want to encounter one while your alone in the woods late at night or anywhere else.
Eric's attitude comes out here and so does Aaron's. I guess being a Monster Hunter and killer can give you one.
The best part about this issue is the start with all the dead body parts of the children just thinking about them gives this comic an atmosphere of dread as to what is to come. These monsters are hungry.

Comments: Erica is going monster hunting. This issue is all about setting up Erica to go hunting the monsters and a ritual she needs to perform and using bait. Bait being children.
Not very much at all happens this issue. Erica does look weird and strange. She is focused on her job. We are only shown a few monsters in the dark all you see are their eyes. For the most part everyone is just shown standing around.
This is one boring issue. Erica the little we she of her is still weird in a cute sort of way. You will be routing for her yet feel uneasy bout her presence. She is a cute weird threat.

Comments: The monsters are on the loose and children are dying.
Erica Slaughter plans to use one young boy James as bait. It is refreshing to see she does not lie one bit to him. She is completely open about everything. The scene between these two is done perfectly. Eric is no superhero but she does know how to kill monsters.
The adults now they have not seen the monsters so they do not know they exist and are looking to blame a human for the deaths. But the monsters do exist and they are many.
Erica has her plan and her bait so what is next?
Erica is certainly drawn as one weird looking girl and her eyes will have you mesmerized. The eyes will grab your attention and have you thinking this is no ordinary girl she is weird yet tough and scary all rolled into one.
Something is killing the children, now it is time for something to kill the child killers.

Comments: Monsters are killing children and the adults except for a few do not want to admit the monsters really exist.
The Order of Saint George has two members in town and they want to stop the monsters. Erica is more caring of others than the other member is.
The monsters are out there and coming closer to the children. The art does show these creatures as dark evil beings and they are hungry. One little girl is illustrated showing just how vicious theses things are as the little girl is torn in half. It is a gory sight.
This comic is like a horror movie as events unfold. Erica must be ready to fight these things as she uses children to draw them to her. Her college makes the ultimate sacrifice to give her time. The monsters rip him apart in a bloody scene.
The monsters are here and hungry, the children are here and the monster hunter is here. The tension has been built up so next issue it should all come to an explosive end with the you know what hitting the fan.

Comments: The monsters are out there and waiting. Erica is doing what she can to keep people safe. Her big green eyes are stunning. Erica and James sneak out and away from the other people.
The organization Erica works for are coming for her and the town's people.
The story does unfold like a horror story and in this issue it does move along slowly. The monsters are briefly shown and the people do not appear overly afraid. The supporting characters are not used much so we do not get to learn about them or Erica here. For a horror comic this issue was missing the horror aspect.
Erica Slaughter is the best part of this comic series. She is a tough woman and still a woman who comes across as normal even though she is fighting monsters. It would be nice to see her fighting them more. Here there be monsters and Eric so they need to fight more.
Erica is one female you would want on your side.

Comments: Eric has her plan and it needs bait that is where James comes in. She is killing monsters well if they do not kill her first. The Order of St. George is coming to deal with the monsters to and any witnesses. Eric has a time limit.
Right away you get the feeling you are in a horror movie. Monsters are loose and they are killing. Erica is the one who is there to stop it all. She does seem to know what she is doing well for the most part.
This issue reveals something new about the monsters. Bion is somehow connected to them. How will this affect how Erica acts?
The creatures we do not see much of them in this issue. It would be nice to see them in full action to fully bring out their horror.
Erica Slaughter always comes across as tough as nails. She is presented as a force that cannot be stopped. Plus even with her big weird eyes she is a beauty. A beauty that kills beasts.

Comments: Erica's associates find themselves very busy with something from a nightmare. Plus there are still more out there.
Erica has a nice green eye it is big and noticeable. Erica gets ready to face the monsters and has a couple of children to help her or to use as bait.
This issue is just filler as nothing really happens in it. Erica's work associates are running around wanting to cover things up. Other than the one monster then kill which is not done in an exciting manner at all they do nothing.
This horror story needs more horror to it. It is not just setting up for the next issue it is stagnating. Erica is a wonderful character yet she needs to be used more rather than just being in the comic.
James and Bion are both here and with Erica but again they are just here. Something needs to happen.
Erica Slaughter needs to slaughter some monsters.

Comments: Erica has a plan and it does involve two young children. Bian and Tyler are helping Erica. James as well is there to help.
The Order of St. George are as scary and dangerous as the monsters are.
Now Erica is set to kill the monsters and she is the most frightening thing here. Her big eyes, the mask and her body language all suggest she is ready to kill. Erica does go into fast moving action. She knows how to kill monsters.
Now one young man has an idea and he tries to play the hero to save the towns people. His plan though depends on Erica killing all the monsters. Can she do it? She is one well trained killing machine so we will see. The future of the town's people though is still looking grim. Monsters and the Order both want them all dead.
Eric in this issue is used well in the fight scenes. She could be used better in the non fight scenes. It would be nice to see more of her original attitude. Her character though is one tough girl out to save lives and willing to risk her own.

Comments: Erica Slaughter did slaughter the monsters. She did it to protect the innocent. She also told her fellow monster hunters to go home so no one else would get hurt. Her group does not just kill monsters it covers them up.
Erica is illustrated in a style that makes her look strange especially with her big eyes. She is one beautiful strange woman.
Eric is tired of working for the Order so she is cutting her ties to it. But will they let her. She is still going to slaughter monsters just not for them.
This issue does not have any action at all. No monsters they are all dead. There are more out there but nothing is mentioned about where they are or when Erica might find them.
There is not much happening this issue it just ties up a few loose ends and lets you know that it is over for now. Eric is moving on with her life and making a few changes.
There is some attitudes shown. Erica does not back down. You will find yourself wishing Erica the best.

Comments: "Me and my Monster" Part One begins here. Here we see how Erica started out to become a monster hunter and killer. At the young age of twelve her life was forever changed. Erica seems much more grown up maturity wise than a twelve year old normally is.
Erica does fit right in at this place of training called the House of Slaughter. She suffered a terrible loss and she keeps going on.
This is the beginning of how Erica got to where she is in the present. Here in the past we see a cute young girl with big eyes and a bit of a strange attitude about her.
The art does show off a couple of people from the House of Slaughter they are beautiful women. They are also deadly killers if need be.
This issue starts Erica's journey to becoming the strange strong woman that she is destined to become.

Comments: Erica at the House of Slaughter takes no guff. She is one tough little girl. Here we get a look at what makes Erica who she is today. This "family" of monster hunters is not an easy place to be brought up in.
Erica must take a test to join House Slaughter. This is no ordinary test it is one that will push her to her limits. She may not survive it.
Erica steals the issue even though she says very little. Her big eyes will have you focused on her anytime you see them. Even as a young girl it is easy to see she is and will be an amazingly strong female.
The character development more than makes up for the lack of action. Erica will earn your respect and your fear. At first you might thing you would have some pity for her but that would quickly change.

Comments: Erica continues her training. She meets Big Gary Slaughter he does seem at first like a nice likable guy. Than the training starts and you know Erica is in for hardships and far worse. Jessica the one who brought Erica into House Slaughter is a hard woman and she has faith in Erica to be able to with stand the hardships of the training. The training is about acceptance into this order, not just about being able to fight and kill monsters.
Erica has Octo is Erica's stuffed toy and so much more.
You can see Erica as the little girl she is yet at all times you can tell she is so much more. You can tell it is not her who should fear the monsters but the monsters who shoud fear her.
Erica says very little yet the art does convey volumns. The art does have a nice twist to it in that you can feel evil lurking in these pages just beyond your reach or rather your just beyond its reach.

Comments: The people at House Slaughter are merciless, mean, hard yet some do care. Most though just to join this group have to be partly insane with a twisted side.
Erica is one strong willed girl and such a fighter. She never gives up and is highly intelligent. Her trainers at House Slaughter though Erica would die. They were wrong. Erica does not scare easy.
The art has a style that says you have entered a place you do not want to be in. Monsters dwell here and people die here.
House Slaughter is one sick place and Erica fits right in. She is a killer and monster hunters are made here.
Watching Erica as she starts her training and all she goes through to get to were she currently is is worth seeing. You get a look inside the head of this little girl who grows up to be such a fighter.

Comments: It seems like the trainer's and people in charge are all standing around waiting to find Erica dead. They are all standing around knowing that poor Erica is dead or going to be. Everyone is so sure and talking about how the monster will or has killed her. Then she innocently walks out saying whats next. It is so awesome seeing this little girls putting the high and mighty in their place. Erica may look like a little girl but this little girl is one of the toughest people around.
It is wonderful and a bit frightening following Erica on her way to becoming a monster hunter. She does have a lot to go through. This little girl you can just feel her strength and power.
You will find yourself cheering and hoping that Erica Slaughter suceeds and the more you know her the more you know she can do no less.
The feeling at this monster hunter school and organization Is one that puts you on edge. You can feel the danger all around. You know what these people face and are glad you do not have to face it.

Comments: Something left a bloody mess. A woman sits having tea while surrouded by the carnage and slaughter she has caused. She is given a job to do and that is to go kill Erica Slaughter. Why though?
Erica is talking to a survivor and you can see how Erica has a calming effect on people. Erica's big green eye is made to stand out. There is no way you can miss it. Erica looks and acts like a young innocent woman. You can tell though there is so much more to her.
The Sheriff in town is not making any head way on the case of the killings. He is a nice guy but in over his head.
Gabi has been affected by the monster Erica has come to kill. Gabi is a tough teen girl yet you can tell she is hurting.

Comments: Ms. Cutter is on her way to meet Erica. Ms. Cutter is self confident and from her attitude and the way she carries herself she has good reason. Cutter is a woman to be feared. She is a professional with a ruthless sadistic side.

Comments: Erica is tired and hurt she needs rest yet she must prepare to fight, the Cutter Woman is coming.
The people Erica is protecting only one of them knows the dangers they face. Gabi is one of them and she is a teen with some attitude.
The art is done in a plain style with no frills to it. The people need to be drawn with more expressive faces.
Erica is shown as one tough girl so nothing keeps her down long. She has two threats to face and prepares to fight them. She could just run away but does not.
The Cutter woman does show up and she is on the hunt for Erica. From the way the Cutter woman acts you can tell she is deadly dangerous.
This issue has no action at all. There is no fighting. It does start to build up for future action.
Having Erica in bed does slow this comic down.

Comments: Two girls out in the desert are having a weird conversation about the one dying from cancer. Fernanda does have a insane sister, Gabi. Fernanda and her girlfriend they are in love and it is sad to see the cancer destroy that relationship.
The art is hard to make out. It is filled with lots of black filler. It needs a lot more focus. The faces need more emotion and just more to them.
Erica is hurt, injured yet she is still ready to go kill a monster. She just never gives up.
The Cutter Woman seems to have a plan and it is progressing as she wants it to. The monster the Duplicate we see and its eye is drawn to inspire terror.
The story does show you the main characters only there is no action. The Cutter Woman catches a monster without any fighting. It does show she is smart yet for a comic book about monsters it is a let down. Eric is still injured and only shown sitting or standing around.
Erica is way under used in this issue.

Comments: Erica and Gabi have a nice conversation about monsters and their victims. Also about Erica and her maybe dying. The two do bond a little.
The art is to vague. One gir's face not Erica's has each eye as big as then her mouth. The Sheriff's face is hidden for the most part and what is not does not even resemble what it should. The Cutter woman to is drawn without details. Her nose is flat, her mouth a black line. erica's hair is used more then ever to cover up her face.
Erica is a prisoner in the police station and the Cutter woman arrives. This woman just oozes deadly danger. Charlotte Cutter wants a challenge in her hunt of Erica Slaughter. So she sets her free and the hunt begins.
Cutter is shown here as a deadly killer who will kill anyone in her way. She has zero remorse. This woman goes after what she wants knowing she will get it. She wants to kill Erica Slaughter.
The main killing scene is not shown as the killing occurs only afterwards so you do not get to see any of the action. This issue has very little action in it. There are no monsters shown on the loose either.
Erica and Charlette are both fighters and killers so this issue does set up for their coming battle.

Comments: Erica Slaughter is being set up and Charlotte Cutter has seen to it that there is nothing she can do to stop it. Erica acts calm and collected at the police station and it is scary that the woman hunting her is scarier then she is.
There is so much more going on here than simply Erica and Cutter fighting. The Houses have lots of drama and this fight between Erica and Cutter will figure into that drama. They are but pieces on the board and others are watching and waiting on their moves.
Cecilia is acting now. What is she up to?
This issue sets up a lot of things for future issues. The players are all moving. There is not much action of any kind yet the drama and suspense build up are enough.
Erica is on the run with two females and Cutter is after her plus she is now wanted for multiple murders. The hunt is on for Erica.
The art when it shows Erica's big eye is weird with a beautiful look as well. She and all the women here are tough. Erica though knows she is in for the fight of her life and that she is not ready for it yet but she will fight and never give up.

Comments: Erica Slaughter has been framed.
Charlotte Cutter is missing her dolly and is she ever pissed. The art delivers one intense page of her ready to explode.
Erica, Riqui and Gabi are all on the run from Cutter and they are hunting a monster as well. The story and characters are all intense. The Duplicitype is the type of monster they are hunting and it is dangerous.
Erica's big green eye looks so cute and somewhat strange. The look does grab your attention.
Now the set up to build suspense here is so well done as two young teens go swimming. What happens next will surprise you and make you fearful for them or anyone else.
The main thing here is the story does not stay on one character overly long it keeps flipping to the next one so the scenes are short. Most of the story moves slowly. The swimming teens are where the only excitement occurs outside of Cutter's fit.
There does need to be more excitement and fightering. Both Erica and Cutter are deadly fighters so show that. Cutter is also insane and Erica is desperate which should make for a great match-up.

Comments: Charlotte Cutter is out of her mind and angry as hell. She wants Erica Slaughter. Charlotte without her familair her monster is way out of sorts. Her Dolly is a part of her. Charlotte has totally lost it and is obsessed with Erica. She is also very dangerous in her insanity.
Erica is out hunting a monster a Duplicitype and using Gabi as bait. Gabi has gorgeously colored hair.
Charlotte Cutter as dressed up in her red outfit looks like a super-hero villian or a dominatrix out of a horror movie. Charlotte is a killer but not just of monsters. This woman will screw you up bad.
Erica is just trying to survive here and she may get a helping hand. A hand she wants to not take but cut off. Erica is volatile but Charlotte leaves volatile way behind.
Erica is illustrated well giving her a insane look without going overboard. This is the first issue that does not show off her big eyes it just mentions them. Erica she has a presence about her that says you better do as I say or you will die.
Both Erica and Charlotte are two very different personalities yet both are killers.

Comments: Cecilia meets up with Erica. Cecilia does have a message for Erica, a Dragon acts. Cecilia is filled with hate for Erica yet she is willing to be what is best for the Order.
Cecilia also hates Charlotte Cutter with a passion.
Erica is shown from a time when she was still in the Order and we see her and she is vulnerable. She is told an important lession. Something well wort remembering and than we see her in the present day and know that she still remembers what she was told in the past. It is a heart warming moment.
There are no battles in this issue. We do see Erica with some help getting ready to fight a monster and also an insane killer. Can this girl defeat both? This issue does a great job of biulding up these two comics fights.
Erica is such a young girl and her life has been hell. She is trained to kill monsters and she does this better than most anyone else. The coming fight between her and Cutter is something you do not want to miss.

Comments: Gabi is still seriously affected by what happened to her. Anyone would be.
There is a monster loose and its after Erica. Also Charlotte Cutter wants to kill Erica. Meanwhile Erica is still suffering from her injuries. Erica does have some hard fights coming up.
Erica and her two friends are getting ready to fight for their lives. As if one monster is not enough Erica also has a killer woman after her and closer than she thinks. This issue is all about waiting and it does build a small amount of suspense.
The two familiars it was nice to see them. Erica's leaves you unsure who's side they will be on. Cutter's says nothing yet you can tell she is with Cutter.
Seeing Cutter in the shadows hiding in wait does build some anticipation for what is to come. Cutter as we see her acting gives the impression she is unhinged and also a little crazy.
This issue has some good art just what it shows for the most part is boring. The monster is shown once. The girls are not illustrated that well. Gabi is the best one shown as she is illustrated to show she is still a teen girl.
Erica is a fighter so here she spends time preparing to do just that.

Comments: Erica has her plan and she is going to go all out to succeed. First the monster and then Charlotte Cutter.
Riqui is Erica's helper in this fight yet Cutter does distract her. Cutter is a woman who thinks and plans as she gets ready for battle.
Eric is illustrated beautifully mounted on a horse. She is drawn as a fierce warrior.
The issue drags out the story what happens and what is shown is great it just takes to long to go through it all. More could and should have happened. The ending does add some suspense as to what will happen next.
Erica Slaughter is a strong character and whenever she is used you can feel her presence. Cutter is her opposite and the evil from her eminates so strongly.
Erica and her battle against the monsters are always a tough fight for her. Now though she faces Cutter who is as much and more so a killer. Cutter enjoys it and lives for it. Erica now faces her greatest challenge.

Comments: Erica and Cutter are in one brutal fight. As Cutter prolongs Erica's pain, she does so for the sheer pleasure of it. Cutter acts like she is in total control. The fight does seem one sided. Yet Erica is a fighter and one who never gives up. Her will to protect is strong. The art illustrates this brutal beat down and shows they are not holding back as the battle heats up. Erica must face a monster she can not see here, Gabi helps. This monster looks like Erica just with monster qualities and changes in the appearance.
A good person dies so evil ones do as well. Vengeance is sworn. Erica is leaving town yet Riqui is going to hunt her down.
This issue does tie somethings up. It also leaves a lot of things unsolved. So what is next for Erica?
The battle between Cutter and Erica is one you do not want to miss. These two are both killers and well trained ones. Cutter is a cruel fighter while Erica fights to protect.
The poses in Erica and Cutter's fight are beautifully done to show off the brutality of these two combatants. They beat the hell out of each other and then some.
Erica does what she can to protect others but someties thats not enough and Erica suffers more than others because of it.
Erica has seen the stuff of nightmares yet she herself is on the side of the angels. She just uses whatever she can to keep the monsters away.

Comments: Five years in the past children and dogs are being killed. Erica is there to kill a monster. The monster got some baby dogs and it is a touching scene as the mother has the one she saved with her. Erica does treat the mother and baby with companion.
Erica must use the puppy as bait. The mother meanwhile stands by and you can feel her fear and also her trust in Erica. The monster comes and Erica Slaughter shows us why she is named Slaughter. The actual fight is skipped over. It would have been nice to see more of it as there was a nice long build up to it.
The life of a slayer of monsters is a lonely one. This story makes you feel sorry for Erica and also happy that she is out there to stop the monsters. We do get a good look at Erica here. She has a soft side which she does not let get in her way when it comes to monsters.
The art is dark as fits the story. Erica is illustrated with one big eye showing which adds weirdness to her character. She still maintains a look of innocence about her. Yet you will feel her confidence and just know how tough this thin blonde young woman is. Her attitude is adorable.
