Comments: Victoire and Alexis Need help so who do they call?
When Barbarella is shown she is illustrated as one beautiful sexy woman. She plans to persuade people with love. Her mission to free people being enslaved working with the Brotherhood of Tortuga.
Barbarella gets a A.I. Taln a sold hologram to work with her and protect her. His appearance is like an angel. Her new ship is pnk and has a sleek design. Vix her "pet" is still with her.
Barbarella is illustrated with one beautiful hot backside.
Barbarella is sent to a planet to help its people but when she gets there things seem off. The A.I. senses something is wrong.
Taln looks a lot like the "angel" from the Barbarella movie.
The story line does not have a lot to it it is very simple and straighforward. Barbarella fights to free people. She does have a way with men even a male hologram is not immune to her charms. Barbarella her character is what makes this issue and you will see there is just something about her that draws you to her.

Comments: Barbarella and Taln along with Vix her "pet" are breaking into a building that looks like a base but for what. Vix is said to not be intelligent yet Barbarella talks to it and it does as she asks. Barbarella is looking as gorgeous as ever but why is she wearing a sunhat?
In the base a quick boob flash takes out the aliens and robots there. She is a blonde blue eyed beauty. Vix is shown up close and the detail and use of color are stunning to behold.
Barbarella does what she does best and that is help people.
Vix actually talks here intelligently. Another serious event occurs as well. But glossing over Vix being intelligent no matter the situation is just awful. This point has being a part of almost every issue before. So having this revealed or actually making him so with no explanation is just not right.
Barbarella herself is shown off some in a few drawings yet nowhere near as much as she should be.
Her having a super power is strange that she can influence men mainly to do her bidding using sex appeal. It was much better when she just achieved this through her beauty and personality.
Now her and Vix are off to save more people. She is a selfless hero.

Comments: Barbarella and Vix continue their mission with a new ship and new aide in Margaret an A.I. There is a plot against Barbarella some mysterious foe wants her dead.
Barbarella finds herself on Encantado a water world. The coloring is nicely done on it. Of course there is something sinister going on here and Barbarella puts herself right in the middle of it.
Barbarella does not look as good underwater. The coloring does not fit her at all. Plus how can she breath underwater? Yet another mystery not explained.
A mystery woman known only as "The Lady" is on her way to kill Barbarella. When she makes her appearance well actually it is not much of a surprise yet an explanation of how she came to be would be nice.
There are way to many unanswered questions throughout this issue. So you have no idea why things are happening or how.
The ending here features a gorgeous butt shot of Barbarella.

Comments: Barbarella, her hologram and her pet are on the planet Automata. The Lady of the Gruyx of Benevolence is the main villain here. Yes we actually learn her name but some background on her and how she came to be would be nice.
Barbarella has an attempt made on her life and it is really dull and boring. Even the kidnapping of Taln and Vix is just something that happens it in no way is exciting.
The art does show off Barbarella nicely and she does look good in discarded metal. The others as well are illustrated well enough. The colors are subdued.
Barbarella and Taln are in love. This changes things in the story. Barbarella the sex pot can no longer go around using her power to have sex with just about any male and some femlaes. She is in love and therefor staying true to him/it. Taln being a living hologram of which we are not given an explanation of how that came to be.
Very briefy it is mentioned that Vix can now talk in full sentences. It is not mentioned about him now acting intelligent. Plus it is not mentioned how he came to talk more.
There are so many mysteries about the three main characters. Barbarella is a fantastic character and this comic book should be great yet her character and her companions are not utilized properly and this ruins it.
Barbarella is drawn with a few cute butt shots in this issue.

Comments: So is Tayn more than his programing is he actually alive, does he have a soul? Barbarella is doing some soul searching. This part of the comic does drag on to much.
Barbarella and the Brotherhood do flush out a traitor, Gabreille who has been working for the Lady. We do get to see a really nicely drawn butt shot of Gabreille. Barbarella is drawn well to just her assets are not shown off very well.
Lots of drama, lots of feeling sorry for herself for Barbarella. Not lots of action though well almost none.
There are other characters used here. They help Barbarella yet very little is told about them. Why should we care about them?
Having Barbarella acting love sick does not really suit her nature. Plus having the comic book all serious does not fit character. There needs to be some fun in it. Barbarella is a great character for certain reasons which are being ignored here.
This comic could be so much more.

Comments: Vix is from Tynechon and they do have strange customs there. The more we learn about Vix the less mysteries surround her and the less interesting a character she becomes. We also learn that Vix is a she yet from previous issues you would have had the impression she was a he.
Vix's and Barbarella's first meeting is totally rewritten here. The story is a bit hard to follow and to tell when it switches from past to present.
Vix is illustrated with a look that is wonderful. She is an amazing creature. It is lovely to look at the drawings of Vix they are done so cute. We learn there is more of them to. We learn a lot about Vix's race.
This issue is all about Vix. Vix and his race look at Barbarella as more of a pet than an intelligent life form. Which is the same way Barbarella looks at Vix only she is wrong to.
This new Vix storyline adds a whole new angle to the story.
The art is very well done. Vix looks cute in the illustrations and the times Barbarella is shown she is beautiful. Overall everything, the characters and backgrounds are all drawn good. The only problem is nothing stands out, nothing jumps out at you.
