Title: Chilling Adventures in Sorcery # 1 Publisher: Archie Comics Story by: Eliot Rahal, Evan Stanley, Amy Chu, Pat & Tim Kennedy Line Art by: Vincenzo Federici, Even Stanley, Derek Charm Prncils by: Pat & Tim Kennedy Inks by: Bob Smith Coloring by: Matt Herms Lettering by: Jack Morelli Main Cover: Julius Ohta Variant Cover: Francesco Francavilla Price: $ 3.99 US Rating: 4 out of 5 stars Website: www.archiecomics.comComments: "Living on, Part Time" Archie does not make for a great replacement of Cheron. Madame Satan is looking the worse for wear on her ride down the River Styx. Next Madame Satan meets up with a zombie Jughead. He is hungry as always. Archie finds himself in a childhood arcade that is straight out of a horror movie. Here Archie finds a mysterious arcade game that he finds is mimicing real life. The sory is done to give you the creeps and it does. "Midnight Snack" Jughead does have a eating contest which he does finish or so he thought because it turns out it is not finished with him. The art and story do make Jughead look like asad pathetic character. Now Madame Satan does complete her trip and it leads not to where she was going. Jughead's Dipsy Doodles are not funny here they are down right frightening. The art is amazing in its depiction of horror. This is a perfect comic to get you in the Halloween mood. Richard Vasseur
