Title: Prophet Facsimile Edition # 1 Creator/Writer/Layouts: Rob Liefeld Pencils/Inks: Dan Panosian Colors: Byron Talman Color Separations: Extreme Color - Jason Irwin, Andre Khromov, Ron Rife, Donald Skinner Lettering: Kurt Hathaway Cover Art by: Rob Liefeld & Dan Panosian Price: $ 3.99 US Rating: 3 out of 5 stars Website: www.imagecomics.comComments: Profit is a religious man. He is drawn with huge muscles and armed with wicked swords. He does think about the bible as he is in battle against robots. They are well designed. Prophet does seem unsre about how he got to where he is yet he is certain about his duty to face evil. His origin story is a lot like Captain America's. John Prophet now what exactly is his mission? Why was he created? How was he awakened fifty years to early? Who is Mary McCormick to him? Just how powerful is Prophet? There are some great poses in this issue. A facsimile print does mean a reprint. This issue reprinting Prophet # 1 after 30 years is still a good comic. Lots of action in it and Prophet is one tough character who can fight and does.
