Comments: Tuatha De Danann these people were a great race and yet one small change changes everything. Uncle Dain takes his nephews and neice out for a ride in the country and what he has in story for them is sinister.
Fionna does care for her brothers Aodh, Conn and Fiachra. Their father is only concerned with him staying ruler and King.
The art looks amazing fitting into the story beautifully. The characters are illustrated to fit the period they live in.
The story unfolds delivering a tale of magic and love. Fionna is a Princess who loves her brothers and looks out for them. They used to argue a lot yet as they grow up together they realise being a family is the most important thing for them. Their father and uncle abandoned them as family. Their father was obsessed and their uncle power hungry. They weathered it all and grew stronger for it. This fairytale takes a while to get to it yet it does have a happy ending.

Comments: Mary's daughter is a natural dancer. Rose enjoyed dancing and was a wonder at it. Now by the river Rose meets some children her own age.
The art gives this story an older feel to it. An air of the mysterious is prescent to.
Rose goes on with her life and becomes a great dancer. A well known and admired one. Rose lives her life and is happy enough yet as she has gotten older she still misses her Reed friends.
Rose does get a happy ending spending her days finally dancing with her friends. She loves to dance and this is a great ending to this story. The magical aspects are slight yet they do add a lot to the issue.
The storyteller himself and his dog do not contribute as much as they used to be now they are mainly there to introduce the story and that is about it.
Rose though is such a sweet character it is hard not to love her.

Comments: The Storyteller and his dog are shown outside their cottage for the first time. They see a fox outside. The art is softly coloed in light tones.
The tale this issue yes is about a fox. A man meets a most unusual woman by a pond. The air is full of fireflies which add to the mysterious appeal of the young woman. One of the family dogs gets loose and attacks this bride. The secret is revealed as she protects herself.
The man and woman are broken apart yet his love stays strong. All he wants is his family back. Love of wife and child is indeed something that transcends all barriers.
The love shown here is a thing of beauty. When the man is in deadly danger his wife appears and protects him. They have been apart so long yet their love still burns just as bright. This husband has missed his wife dearly.
This story is so full of love it will break your heart. Just because you are afraid to not be accepted does not mean you can not be accepted and will not be. Love though, true love lasts forever.

Comments: "Ole Heg" This issue is about a soucouyant. Ruthie a young girl notices a older woman who does seem a little strange. This creature is similiar to a vampire in a lot of ways, Ole Heg is a monster. For Ruthie Old Heg has set her eyes on her and her family. Now as the story moves along we see how Ole Heg's attack affects others.
The story near the end does get a little hard to follow. Suggesting the creature mght be outside the storytellers house is a different touch and not done very effecive. The storyteller is illustrated as a younger man here where as the other issues in this series have him oldr which fits the over all book much better.
Having Ole Heg taunting Ruthie throughout the story is a nice touch. It hads a slight amount of humor which is always great to see in a horror story.
Ruthie is this story is a loving daughter who is more then willing to fight to protect her mother. She takes on this evil creature all by herself.
