Title: Lynx Grindhouse Special # 1 Publisher: G-Man Comics Cover: Gilbert Monsanto Variant Covers: David Gallimore, Ezekiel Zhong-Han Azib, Joshua Waldrop, Alexander Joyner, Mike Desharnais Written by: Rik Offenberger Art by: Arnaldo Dos Santos Ferreira Junior Color by: Victory Raniery Letters by: Francisco Zamora Price: $ 10.00 US Rating: 3 out of 5 stars Website: g-man-comics.com/Comments: Mateo and Maya make the team of Lynx. The two work well as a team. The fight scenes are drawn making them look to stiff in their movements. Mato and Maya's car has one long front end, and the back end is almost nonexistant. The fighting scenes do need to be made more exciting. Mateo has to go to the bank to do a pick up for his boss. Four people dressed up as dogs show up and Mateo finds himself in the middle of a good old fashioned bank robbery. The robbers act tough and look tough yet they are just ordinary people. Mateo gets little action here and Maya she does go into action to protect her man. The action though is over way to fast. The warehouse sene they never explain why Lynx is there and what the people in the warehouse were doing wrong. The two of them go in and start injuring people. Lynx are shown to be overly violent. They are rough and tough and they do love each other. Richard Vasseur
