Comments: Dalan, Jack, the Professor and Zool make up the Fictionauts. They start off with Moby Dick. These heroes make sure fiction stays right.
We are given a brief run down on each character. Each one has their own special talents and abilities.
The Lady Principia Conceptia she helps out the Fictionauts and she is a strange looking being. The Rainbow Racer is as well. Both are interesting enough you will want to learn more about them.
The Fictionauts ship is a beautiful design and perfectly fits what you might expect a fiction traveling ship to appear to be. It is like a ship you might see in a movie with an old style to it. The backgrounds go from really detailed to sparse yet each one does fit in with the story being told.
While underwater Zool looks out window and sees both an amazing sight and a dangerous one. Now things really turn strange as the Russians and Sea Monkeys join in the story.
This issue does end on a cliffhanger. You will be drawn to tune in to the next issue to find out what happens next.

Comments: A boy and his sister see something quite extraordinary.
The Fictionauts throughout the week had many adventures that included many strange things and creatures. Next they get robots being taken over. It does look like an invasion is under way.
The illustrations do deliver a setting of the weirdest things and people. The Fictionauts find themselves on a Earth very different from theirs and with strange versions of themselves.
The Ominaut leader of the Multinauts appears and he is a most impression figure. Overall though in this issue the art showing us the Fictionauts comes across as dull. Some action might have helped that but there was none.
The story in this issue makes no sense, it is all over the place and has no focus. Who are the villains here? What is their goal? Who is the Nexus?
The members of the Fictionauts needed to be explored more so we could learn more about them. This is one weird team which when used right makes them a wonderful thing to see.

Comments: The visual settings will have you looking at everything in wonder as you pick out things you know.
The story introduces a couple new characters but what they really have to do with the story is not made clear.
The space ship of the Fictionauts is beautifully designed. It is from a wonderful imagination.
The story is so hard to follow. The characters are all wonderfully creative and refreshingly original. Just they are not properly put into the story because there is no story that makes sense. The death of one of the Fictionauts is not done in an overly impactful way. He dies and they move on.
The villains are shown in this issue yet you will not find them all that scary or evil.
The ending in a happy one with an expected event. The Fictionauts do go on with many more adventures awaiting them.
