Comments: Here we meet a beautiful dark haired Jessica Harrow, she is a Reaper. Jessica does handle her job with compassion and still with a straight forwardness.
The journey for a soul is an awsome sight as you go down what could be the River Styx.
In the afterlife waiting room. Jess has brought Byran and he is a slick guy and causes Jess some trouble. She enlists a couple other Reaper friends to help her out. These Reapers are not what you might expect.
Things happen and it is a mystery as are other things and people. We do get enough explanation so you will have an idea what is going on and why. This is a good first issue that introduces the main players.
The art does show Jessica Harrow as one tough woman who just happens to be a reaper of sould. She is illustrated as one gorgeous female with a job unlike others and then her world is turned upside down.

Comments: El Dia De Los Muertos in Mexico City is a party. The Grim Reaper is there and on a rampage.
On the river to Hell in a boat is Jess and friends. Jess wants to know why she of all Reapers can interact with the living. She does think it is tied into her death. First though she must get back what was stolen from her. The story is moving along fast without telling you a lot.
Jess wants to get a look at her records of her death and she has a plan breaking into Death's record room. Jess does have an attitude for ignoring authority.
The art is to dark so it is hard to see the characters clearly. Yes the characters are dark and foreboding but they still need to be clearly seen.
Other than Jess wanting to find out about her death the story has no direction. She does seem like a wonderful character. Just she needs to be fleshed out more. We need to know more and more needs to happen in this comic.

Comments: Two powerful being of death are deciding Jessica Harrow's fate. These two have power over the dead and over Reapers. The one is The End and this being is hunting Jess.
In the land of the dead we learn there is a problem. This is a huge problem that needs to be solved.
Jessica Harrow is one beautiful sexy woman. We see her achieve something no one else ever has except Death himself. Jess is special. Now with Death missing Jess is going on an adventureone filled with danger.
The art showing the lands of the dead is clear for each place. Most of it is not what you would expect but a few spots are. It is a weird place.
This issue does raise some questions. Jess will have to find the answers. Jess does have some very special abilities that she has no idea why she has them. Jess does have a attitude that will lead her on her search for Death.

Comments: Jessica Hallow takes a leap of faith with Death's scythe. Jess and her two friends end up in Las Vegas. Why has the scythe brought them to Las Vegas? Jess is looking for Death and answers about herself.
The story flies along. Jess is going head on into any situation that might provide answers for her. The story itself is sparse. The characters are not gotten into at all. Hardly any explanationas to what is going on is given.
The art Jess is one gorgeously drawn woman with lots of sex appeal. Death when he is shown is not what you expect no matter what you expect this is not it.
Jessica is in for a ton of trouble. A small army is coming after her. An army of the dead. How will she survive? Well Jess does not give up easy she will fight and fight for what she wants. Her attitude is the best part of this comic.

Comments: A brother and sister in Hell have a rivalry going were the sister Adira wants to take over her brothers position. Now Adira's brother well he is Death and Jessica the star of this comic learns from him who she truly is. Jessica now knows so much about her family. Jessica does seem to have things going her way.
The End crashes the family reunion and a fight does ensue. The End is one huge hulking being. Jessica and Death do put up a good fight. This fight in a way does end in an unexpected way. Jessica is devastated.
Adira ends up getting what she wanted. This though does look like the start of a war.
The art looks good but it could add in more action. We do get drama. Jessica's friends are weird yet we see them standing by her showing they have a high moral character.
The end to this issue delivers anice unexpected surprise.

Comments: Harold looks like a big tough biker dude. He is a Messenger, what exactly that means is uncertain. The three fates he meets are not just weird for this comic but would be anywhere.
At a concert Jess meets a girl quoting poetry. This girl has a death wish. We see Jess playing the part of hero here.
Not a lot happens in this issue. Jess and her friend go to a concert which one of them enjoys. They find out the concert goes are in some kind of death cult. This issue needed more to happen in it.
More should have been explained so you know more about who and what is going on. Knowing more about characters will get you to care more about them. Here you just learn Jess is hanging out at a concert.
Jess is a gorgeous cute girl yet here other than a little you do not get to see that. Red and black are her colors and they look great on her.
Jess is a Grim Reaper and one you will come to care about.

Comments: People in a hospital are not dying. They all have some strange mark on their foreheads, what does it mean?
Then Jessica Hallow shows up. She has a conversation with a priest about faith and hope. What can Jess do to fix the world? The Fates step in and they have a plan. They grab Jess as of course she is part of their plan.
This issue other than the Fates attack not much happens and nothing else occurs
Jess and her friends are wonderful characters and Jess you will want to know more about and what she is doing.
The art is done well yet it does not have the characters posed to show them off which needs to be done. The scenes are just there they do not jump out at you. The art is good yet there is nothing special about it here.
So the world is in need of Jess's help. What will she do next?

Comments: A guy and a woman are in a huge fight. And with that Lilah escapes. Lilah is one tough woman and both her attitude in the writing and the art showing her bring that across. Lilah is an interesting twist to the story.
Meanwhile in the after life Death is being replaced. Jessica Harrow is being accussed of causing all the trouble in the after life.
Jessica must go to Hell and save the End to return everything to normal.
Now way to much is going on here and to many characters are being used with no explanation as to what is going on and as to who these characters are.
Jessica is one gorgeous gothic babe and she has some guts as she tells the fates what she is not going to do. Yet will she do what others want of her?
Is Jessica the new Grim Reaper, and what of the old one?

Comments: Jessica Harrow is in Hell with her friends. There they meet a being called Kelly. Jessie's friend Marcel has been hiding a secret. One his friends are very surprised to learn.
Kelly knows what Marcel did and tortures him with the knowledge. Both the art and story bring across Marcel's suffering for the choose he made. Kelly does make a good evil devil in Hell.
A mother in a bar has a conversation with a big biker guy. This mother we are given an impression of those mother she is. What will Lilah's part in the life story of Jessie be? Lilah is a tough looking lady and looking rough around the edges.
One thing was missing from this issue and it was really needed and that was Jessica Harrow. She only has a small appearance. Why? She is the main feature and she was not to be seen most of the comic. All these other characters have some interest which all revolves around Jessie. For it to work though Jessie needs to be used more.

Comments: Jess gets some advice from her friend Annabel. You don't like your job than change it and make it work for you. Jess is lost and has no idea how to find who she really is. As she talks things out with Annabel you will feel joy for Jess as you see her starting to get confidence in herself and who she really is. Jess steps up and we see yes she is one stronge woman who has her goals set. She is going after what she wants. Her, Annabel and Eddy will save Marcel.
This issue introduces us to Life a being that personifies being alive. Yes he wants the necklace Lilith has but what is his plan? This being does come across as a fun guy but are his goals bad?
Jess gets a surprise and it is not all that nice as she enters Hell and more than one.
Jess is drawn as a beautiful goth looking girl. Her dark atire fits her character.
This issue draws you in to what is happening and you feel apart of it all. Jess and Eddy and beings you would love to know. They are Reapers and jess may be the next Grim Reaper yet Jess is so easy and approachable. She is the girl you will be attracted to for looks and personality.

Comments: Annabel is drawn like a hard working woman. She wants a soul released. Why is this soul so dangerous? We get a little mystery and suspense here. Adira a demon who is in charge is not happy with Annabel.
Jess and Eddie are trapped in a prison. They are not happy with each other.
Life yes the living embodiment of life is entertaining Lilah.
Adira is at a loss what to do except to see Jess. Adira realizes what is coming is more than she can handle. So she turns to Jess and offers her just the toll she needs to help her succeed.
Next to nothing happens in this issue. These are great characters but having them just stand around doing next to nothing is a waste. The story needs to progress. The art needs to show the story moving forward.
Overall the art does show off each character looking as you would expect them to. There is nothing that really stands out in the art.
Jess needs to be used more and she needs to do more.

Comments: Lilah Harrow she died in a back alley killed for taking a plea bargain. Yes than we skip ahead and Lilah Jessica's mother is talking to the personification of Life. He wants something from her and she is not giving him it. Life finds out the hard way making someone's life a living Hell whose life already is a living Hell does not do anything.
Jessica is attacked and she fights back. Death's scythe gets her out of Hell and than where they end up her and Eddie some demonic looking creatures attack. There mother now she is awesome when you see her her style just resonates yes these demons are hers. This "woman" you would
Annabel a friend of Jessica's finds herself in a mysterious situation that she wanted to be in and than she did not.
The story for most of the issue is slow and not much is explained. The art again for the most part is just there. A few times it does stant out and will capture the readers interest.
Jessica needs to be shown doing more. Death's daughter is just boring here.

Comments: Henri and Marcel are having a lovers spat. Marcel is a wantabe writer and here he is offered the chance to write something great. Than we see what is going on Marcel is soron trial. He did do what he is accused of just not quite the way it is shown.
Jessica the star character of this series is not even in it. This issue is all about Marcel getting punished and going to Hell for how he treated Henri. It is presented in a weird way.
The gay aspect is there but not overly played up.
The art is done well enough to shown off the two men, Marcel and Henri.
We are shown Marcel as uncaring in some aspects. He did not notice Henri's condition until to late. He cared about something else more. That lead to him being in the situation he now finds himself in. He feels remorse. Does he feel guilty? He let down someone who loved him.

Comments: Who is that first black creature they show? She looks amazing but she is shown in one panel and then on to something else.
Jess's friend finds out Hell is indeed hellish as in you are tortured. In Hell you are hurt in the most painful way. Jess finds out in her Hell she is the one who can hurt her the most.
Jess is illustrated as a beautiful woman and has one great butt.
Jess finally realizes she has friends like Eddie.
The creature from the first panel shows up again in the last panel, who is she though? No real hint is given.
The Guardian of Hell actually comes across as a nice caring woman.
Jess is starting to figure out more about her powers as the Grim Reaper.
More needed to happen here. The story needs to start having events occur, have some action, drama, something. Jess is a great character just here she is not utilized.

Comments: The three Fates sit in a restaurant wondering if they can do more then just fortell destiny can they now actually create it. They start to tell a story to this priest but what does this have to do with Jess and the rest of the comic?
In Hell Jess sees her friend Marcel's personal hell. As the three of them go to leave Hell strange things start happening.
Jessica Harrow is drawn as one beautiful gothic girl. She is the Grim Reaper's daughter. We are treated to not one but two cute butt shots of her.
Back on Earth with the three Fates and the Father they are telling the story of Jess and her friends in Hell.
Jess and her friends make it back to Earth and Annabel confronts Jess. Annabel now is illustrated as a hellish creature the likes of which you have never seen before. She also has more then just her self. She has an army of Reapers, plus more to.
Jess, Eddy, Marcel, the 3 Fates and a Priest are all trapped in a dinner. Finally Jess takes command and she has a plan. Can she save everything, all planes of existance? She is now determined to do just that.

Comments: Afghanistan 2003, two soldiers during a war are shown working together. One helping the other. Eddie was the one soldier and now he is with Jess in the present and she is planning to go to war.
The solder is suffering and it does take him a bit of time to accept help from strangers. The fellow soldiers at a base act out of fear they react without just cause and create a situation that never should have existed.
Ok the soldier is the priest helping Jess. It was written confusingly.
So what is the war mentioned that Jess? Nothing at all is explained in this issue.
Jess, Eddy, Marcel, the 3 Fates and a Priest are all in this issue other than the priest none of the others are used. This issue contributes nothing to the series. The art is good only the characters are just standing and sitting around except for the soldiers. The couple soldiers shown are well illustrated is dangerous war time situations.
Jessica Harrow is a wonderful interesting character only problem here that is not shown. She is just here and does nothing.
