Comments: Incictus is a hands on type of woman. She does what she does because it is the right thing to do. You can tell instantly she is super tough. She changes her name to Outrage after the press call her that in the papers.
She does battle a gorilla and were-jackels along with Dena her partner. Dena gets an upgrade in weapons and costume. It makes her a lot more help for Outrage. Than an alien joins them in their fight. The odds have evened up. The story does not have a lot to it. Catch the bad guys and thats about it. It would be nice to know more about wo she is fighting. Plus the alien that shows up.
Outrage is a hero willing to put the work in to get the job done.
"The Night Lili" Lailah is show to be like a goddess. She is watching over humans as they develop. Than in the future now the present a baby girl is conceived Astor St. Croix and the spirit of Satrina enters it. Now an adult Aster St. Croix does not totally see what is going on around her as her life has just changed. Things have definitely changed for her.

Comments: Midnight Blue gives a intro to this book which is done in a professional and provocative manner. This business woman is illustrated lovely.
Terror Noir has been killed and the G-Men want his killer caught.
Vigilante Super-Heroes are getting more and more violent in taking down the criminals. The members of Invictus step in to try to calm the situations occuring. Someone is controling what is going on, is it Midnight Blue? There is a lot of drama and tension building up among the super-heroes. This is leading to them fighting amongst themselves.
The art does capture the look of each super-hero to bring out their characteristics.
"Lileilah's tale continues..." This is a tale of God and Goddesses plus angels and demons and basicly their coming into conflict. Red Halo is a guardian. The story is vague and does not tell you much about these characters or what their purpose is.
"The Night Lili: Part Two" True Blue and Falcon find themselves battling a Daughter of Lilith. The dark entity is illustrated with a presence of evil. This is good vs evil with evil being very powerful.
"Sacramouche" True Blue and Falcon have nice action panels fighting Sacramouche as they all advertise Lil Sammy's cakes.
Great characters fill these pages. You will be thrilled to see them in action.

Comments: Outrage is wanted for murder. Will the other super-heroes hunt her down? Tai Chi Dragon and Golden Arrow look for clues. Maiden America steps up to apprehend Outrage. This ends quick and without violence. Outrage is out to prove her innocence.
Atomik Bombshell attacks and Outrage uses her attack to good effect. Outrage has been thinking about what she should do and she does it. Outrage is a powerful super-hero yet she stays calm and does the best thing for herself.
The art overall is done well at times though it could use more detail. The coloring is nicely done.
Outrage is a level headed hero and the though that she could murder everyone is just wrong. Other than one blow it is nice to see that super-heroes can avoid fighting over asituation where you know the accused is innocent and they just need the proof.
Team Invictus is shown and they do look impressive. They have a variety of heroes with different powers and or skills. Outrage seems perfect to lead them.
