Cat Moon Magazine (=^‥^=) Beetle Fairy Tales
Cats & Beetles
Cats & beetles have been tied together in art for many centuries,
especially depicting the Egyptian Gods & Goddesses,
of particular interest is
the solar deity God
Kehpri who had the face of a beetle in ancient hieroglyphics,
especially.
He is actually considered as one of the very first Gods inhabiting Egypt,
since at least 5,000 B.C.. The gods were considered royal humans with holy spirits,
inhabiting them(just like how we take on animalistic qualities). The words they spoke, laws & poetry were considered as sacred purpose.
This was regardless of any prior documentation or history,
but based on an intuitive instinct gathered by a large group of people.
Egypt was a very religious place,
considering the short lifespan of most people most likely
did not go, over 40.
So, worship and admiration for all creatures, like those that have tiny life spans became a great focus.
It became believed that if you had a small lifespan here you would have a greater one,
in your next resurrection,
until eventually you are god-like or in Heaven, itself-
or some variation of this.,

Beetle Trees
However, many beetles live in different trees,
such as pine,
cedar & many more.
(They like the bark & roots, trunks apparently).
The habitat of beetles has greatly varied & seemingly evolved to adapt to many different environments.
They love wood and are commonly attracted to it. This may be another reason why they have associations with tombs, coffins and forests (places of the dead.)
They represent a lunar transformation cycle of subconscious energy.
Beetles can be found just about anywhere & they come in an arrangement of patterns and shapes,
which mimic the same prototype of a basic black beetle body shape.
The Egyptian's were highly focused on creating different measurement systems
and they took to giving numerological energy & order to all body parts. So, with a beetle- it has three components to it's shaping, which can be found widespread through all the families.
This was due to the simple fact that Ra himself, the sun God had created shapes, like the celestial bodies themselves,
in this philosophical existence by changing wills, (both, rather directly or indirectly,)
each day. Yet, still carrying on the highest essence of one's self, completely.
Sharing, in part each day with other life which existed, in natural spaces of dwelling.
Many of the gods,
infact had anamorphic qualities.
Beetles like fruit trees seemingly, above all others
& can tear the whole thing down very easily and so some beetles can be considered pests, while others seem to help mankind.
Animals can help the spirit of gods, in many ways,
continuing on from Earth into the afterlife as well.
This is one of the main reasons for recording all this information,
so that the protection of them exists. It is what our ancestors spent their time teaching us, was to preserve the planet by any means necessary, due to its cosmic powers.

The black beetle is the most common form.
It can be found from anywhere indoors to several outdoor locations, as well.
The archetype for all beetles, is founded on this image itself.
Cat Moon Magazine (=^‥^=) Beetle Fairy Tales
scarab
The scarab of course, is the most popular mythological beetle,
due to the spiritual power the sun contained, which could not be directly harnessed by the will of any such groups of people directly,
but which had to be shared for a purpose of longevity for the whole galaxy.
june bugs
June bugs are found even in the United States and they are related to scarab beetles.
They may not be exactly the same, so green metallic is a common color tinting found on species common in California, especially.
While many other types exist too.
ladybug
The ladybug was named in honor of the virgin Mary.
It is typically thought to be a feminine spirit,
whether the body of the insect is male or female. This is due to the gentle nature and softness of the ladybug.
It was officially named this during the middle ages.
They are red beetles with polka dots,
harmless to humans,
so other species do exist which can bite, that look similar which, are different colors. (a bit off).

magic beetles
It could be that the beetles & cats are commonly found together because they each represent the harmonic aspects tied to our sun & moon.
Where the sun was a more masculine deity &
the moon was a feminine, underworld,
nocturnal & cat like essence- which could posses & overpower anyone.
The importance of the eye as well is found in this mythology,
where the connection of the eye of Ra & the Eye of Horus,
each carries it's own measurements & judgements system,
apart from the wholeness of one piercing gaze, or the sense of the third eye,
projecting time.
The eye itself could tell stories which were as old as time and maybe even deeper,
if resurfaced images of Earth and fantasy were dreamed.
The eye had limitless possibility, & could even curse someone with a look, cast from a far away vision.
The eye iconology or symbol is known to be a sacred protector of feminine energy especially, but can ward away many curses.
It can be found as well, in artwork close by the beetles, in many ways meant to symbolize the differences in animalistic energy attachment systems & hierarchies of a mixed spiritual kingdom, of both Heaven & Earth, Royalty & animals.
This concept would also be applied to where we would all dwell together in the afterlife as well & which positions we would take, to serve this greater purpose of love & wellbeing.
Cat Moon Magazine (=^‥^=) Beetle Fairy Tales
While representing the sun together,
however, Ra & Horus could become watchful & would transform themselves into hawks (anything, really morphing).
As it's long believed that hawks have excellent vision in the spiritual world & physical one.
They are great hunters & can intimidate prey,
very easily.
They eat all kinds of living creatures from rabbits to mice and lizards.
Anything that can catch their eye will do.
Egypt was a very threatened place, due to the natural beauty & resources of the land,
rich in folklore as well as great rivers.
Rivers are the main attractors for ancient civilizations
and that's where humankind would base their towns around, until
the rivers would move or dry up.
The eye itself has also changed to a lion goddess in these stories for some time, and
many other representations of sexual and primal power.
Sekhmet.
The eye of a cat, (cat eye.)
Your intentions, desire & will projected to the surface of reality.
This could also be why Egyptian culture is highly replicated around Halloween time,
a celebratory ceremonial purpose,
where we develop sense for other kinds of living creatures through art & dancing, especially.
Of course,
most likely this was due to the fact that life needed to exist predominately in order to ensure survival forever. This is whether it is in another dimension, or in this one,
through evolution or healthcare, whichever happens to save us from a short lifespan.
Apart from the many differences in beetles around the world,
there is very similar folklore.
Because the beetle seems to keep busy all day,
like a mortal man would be,
rising early-
his strength is purity & hardship.
The tough exterior of the body itself is used
to comb the terrain of any unnecessary changes,
much like the sun itself would do (in a spiritual sense.)
Walking each day,
over the same landscape and every day-to-day activity,
was empowered with a sense of higher purpose & deliverance.
Most beetles are considered very lucky!
So, if you see one,
make sure to remember that it crossed your path,
for a reason.
Just as they now
are crossing your mind
& You will encounter many beetles
in your lifetime & most likely
when you are dead too.
