Comments: We see a MI5 agent Breen and he knows the Village exists. The Village is presented as a mysterious place. Breen is going on a rescue mission to save a fellow agent Carey.
Breen does go about his mission professionally yet with a slight touch of personal emotion invading his thoughts.
There is a mystery about the Village and it is illustrated wonderfully. It is a nice country estate with a few weird things about it.
Breen is in the Village so what is his next step? What will happen to him here? You get the feeling this is much bigger then just him. The Village wants information and he has it, so does the other agent Carey.
This issue starts off a little slow. Things are sure to pick though.

Comments: Breen, number six is being tortured as the people at the Village want his knowledge of Pandora. They are playing mind games with him mostly and he is a strong willed agent and resists.
Breen, Carey and Section all prisoners here finally make an escape attempt. Breen leads the way. The escape is going fairly easy to easy. Than the rovers, big white balls show up. They are a security measure. One fans of the old TV series would have been looking forward to seeing.
Breen is one intelligent man as he escapes it is easy to see he knows he is not escaping. He has it figured out. The Village those who run it are intelligent to. They and Breen are in a battle of wits and fairly evenly matched.
The Village plans for everything and Breen has to be on his toes which he is.
This series is becoming more and more like the old TV series so it is getting better and better.

Comments: The Village people there are trying anything they can think of to get Breen to tell them about Pandora. They use psychological warfare on a whole new level. Breen is being pushed yet he fights on. Breen is written as a man who does not give in not ever.
The whole story is about the Village trying to break Breen and him not giving in.
The Rovers are stored in what looks more like a nest for them. Breen is learning more and yet still is trapped. The more he learns the more he has to learn.
The new number two is not really a surprise.
This series in so many ways will remind you of the original TV series and it also has its own side so you know its new. Both old and new fans will enjoy this.
