Comments: "Retribution" Ben is just a guy looking to buy a nice truck He gets his chance only the sellers are not so nice. These teo sellers get what they want and they are not at all sad about the harm they cause. Fate has a way of dealing with those who truly deserve retrobution and here that is exactly what happens. The art has a pastel type of look yet it does have detail and it works well with the story.
"RedRube!" RedRube is a superhero. He is not altruistic. He does right yet is not above talking payment. He is not your typical superhero, he is more like your average guy. His personality has a way of getting on your nerves.
"Sheirin" The young girl here has problems. Yes she has powers yet they cause her more pain then help. She is a normal child in most respects. You will quickly come to care about her and what happens to her. Most times here the art is just there yet a few times it jumps out at you.
"Mudd" Henry Mudd was just an ordinary man things changed and now he is something more. He is out for vengence. Those who caused his affliction will pay and pay dearly. The pin-up at the end of this story is a terrifying rendition of a monster.
"Red Demon" Nathy is possessed and this is her story and the demon who possesses her. The art gorgeous shows off the demonic presence. Nathy is beautiful suited up and ready to battle evil.
The five page stories are just enough to get you interested in them. The Golden Age Public Domain characters are ones you rarely hear of yet all are exciting. You will thrill to the adventures here.

Comments: "RedRube: Dusty's Alive!" Ruben and his girl are at the gym where this big muscled wrestler greets him. Ruben tries to be the hero things just do not work out as he wants he does get a consolation prize. Reben aka RedRube is a nice guy here and does the right thing. The art has a cartoon style to it that works well with the story.
"Hello my Name is Steve Keith" Steve has a unique side job. This is one you have never seen before. Steve is a normal guy accept for one thing. His attitude is as expected for a guy working a normal job. His little side job well the art does grossly illustrate it. You might not want to see this.
"Haysteen" Five increable beings who were created in a lab are now free. What will happen to them? What will they do? They only have each other in this great big world that is new to them. This story very briefly introduces you to the characters yet it is enough to make you want to know more. The art shows off the differences of each of these beings.
"Retribution" Madame Governor is one woman that is a uncaring person. She only cares about herself and not the suffering her actions can cause. Causing hate can lead you down a path your will regret. The art is to vague here. Having someone evil getting what they deserve is always nice to see.
"Red Demon" A sacrifice goes very wrong. Nathy went from human sacrifice to being possessed. A woman and a demon work together to undo what was done. The personalities of both work great together, you easily think of them as friends. It is also easy to see this demon is evil and Nathy does not like how she was treated so someone is going to pay.
"RedRube History" Here you can find out the origins of this hero. He can call apon the abilities of his ancestors. When he calls out the Carney yell for help he becomes RedRube. So Hey Rube rings out loud and clear and you know help is on the way.
This is a wonderful collection of short five page stories that all provide exciting entertainment that keeps the reader on his toes and thrilled at the adventures of these Golden Age characters.
