Comments: The issue starts off just like the TV series would and you immediately get the feeling you are watching an episode of the original series. Jill is a nice piece of eye candy as are the Kelly and Sabrina. The art shows them as lovely women yet not overly sexual.
The story moves along smoothly with the Angel's slowly going into action and the characters are all shown and introduced. The Angels do handle the case as they would in the TV series which you will feel like you are watching an episode of.
This issue is the start of something much bigger. The Angels will need to be ready for what is coming.
If you were a fan of the original TV show you will enjoy this. The only part missing are the talented actresses who played the roles and brought the characters to life.

Comments: This does start off just like the TV series used to.
Once Upon A Time there were three angels. So the angels get their orders from Charlie. Only Charlie has been taken. Where is Charlie? When will the Angels realize he is gone? This is a unexpected turn of events and one that will add a nice twist in the story line until it is done.
The girls go about their mission to save the world and catch the criminals. The one thing missing is the talent and on air personalities of the actresses who played the parts. Yes the writing and art do capture some of that but not all.
The Angels are suspicious they know something is up with Charlie.
Now the Angels do see excitement and a shoot out. Kelly goes into low kicking action. The girls are illustrated lovely yet not overly sexual. Their feminine wiles are not shown off other than their beautiful faces.
The Angels throughout the issue act as professionals.
