Comments: Dusty Rhodes is the Commissioner of NXT. The art illustrates him perfectly leaving no doubt who he is. He looks after the wrestlers and treats them with the respect they should treat each other yet often times they do not.
Here we see the wrestlers in NXT before they go on to the WWE big time. You will recognize them all. Dusty is shown as our tour guide of NXT and he makes it an enjoyable experience.
Each wrestlers personality comes through loud and clear. Paige is shown in action and she does deliver it in explosive moves. Paige brings it in the ring.
Overall the comic does at times move slowly. The wrestlers here are not in their full glory as this is where they trained to become who they will be. Here they discover themselves.
Dusty Rhodes is a breath of fresh air he tells it like it is and pulls no punches. He is the American Dream.

Comments: Samoa Joe and Finn Balor are in the ring and Joe is delivering a beating. The two are illustrated beautifully to show who they are.
This issue we get to see Joe's joining NXT.
There is a nice little tribute to the American Dream, Dusty Rhodes. He was a legend and will live on in our memories. It is great to have Samoa Joe showing respect for Dusty Rhodes.
Joe and Finn work well as a tag team. Joe though keeps acting like he wants more and you know his mean side is going to come out and be directed at Finn. Joe's true colors come out here.
The personality of Joe and all the wrestlers shown is done perfectly. Finn, Owen, Hunter are all drawn and written to match their characters. Samoa Joe is this issues focus and he is one mean man who you will respect.

Comments: This issue focuses on Asuka. The illustrations show her off perfectly. Amber Moon as well we get to see and both are gorgeous. They are athletes and wrestlers among the best NXT has. We learn a lot about Amber Moon. We are treated to some intense action in the ring by both of these lovely ladies.
Paige visiting NXT does visit lots of the female wrestlers until what she is looking for finds her.
If you love seeing the newest female wrestlers in action you will love this issue. These girls are shown giving and taking a beating in the ring.
Paige was on a hunting mission and yes she did bag her limit. What she found may not be what she came after yet it will do for her. Paige is ready to rumble again.

Comments: Aleister Black comes to NXT. He meets Velveteen Dream and they do have a tough fought match. The action in the ring is exciting. Aleister Black is a quite moody wrestler who brings it to the ring. He is there to fight.
Andrade Cien Almos and his manager Vega is the NXT Champion and he meets Aleister Black in the ring. Aleister Black fights a few others in the ring to.
The art does bring these characters to life. The characters featured in this issue though are not all that exciting. Maybe if they had more of a build up they could be but not here. This issue does not get into the backgrounds of the wrestlers shown. Knowing more about them would make you care more about them.
Aleister Black could become a majot villain in the WWE.
