Book title: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Author: J.K. Rowling Illustrated by: Jim Kay Publisher: Arthur A. Levine Books ISBN: 978-0-545-79134-2 First Illustrated edition: 2017 page count: 326 pages Reviewed by: Allen Klingelhoets Jazma Online I want to be clear on first point. The text is same as old Prisoner of Azkaban book. Do not expect any new chapters. What separates this edition from first book published in 1999 is Jim Kay’s art work. Jim also did art on Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets ( Arthur A. Levine Books editions). He is also working on art for the remaining books in Harry Potter series. His art is endorsed by J.K. Rowling. She even gives quote on back cover. The books are a complement for collectors of Harry Potter stories. It was wonderful to see things like The Marauder’s Map and many other enjoyable items from Potter Universe. The book even comes with a bookmark. The images drawn are also in color. The Goblet of Fire is next in series which will come out in fall of 2019. There are about a hundred illustrations in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Arthur A. Levine Books) is an imprint of Scholastic Inc. I got my copy through library. I think more young adult to adult reading group . The cost is 39.99. Although, I have spotted book for lower costs on internet. Jim Kay website www.jimkay.co.uk/home/harry-potter/Allen Klingelhoets
