Comments: Captain Marvel and Spider-Woman share some quality time together. They are bosom buddies. It is great to see them just hanging out having a girls night in.
Captain Marvel is illustrated in a pin-up page and she does look amazing. The drawing lets you know she is a super-hero.
Captain Marvel responses to a situation. It is a strange one and she encounters weird characters as she investigates it. This is not your average adventure and not your average alien invasion. Something weird is going on and Captain Marvel is the hero on hand to find out what. Well that is after she figures out how to get out of the stomach shes in. It is a strange situation for her to be in.
The story is fun and exciting. There is nothing to frightening or scary going on. It is a cute adventure for Captain Marvel. Captain Marvel here is a marvel.

Comments: Captain Marvel has been eaten by a alien cat and its not hers. She does have an adventure trying to get out. Once out the mystery deepens, what are these Flerken up to? It is not what you think. Having a nice little surprise in the story works well.
So when the Earth and the entire Universe are threatened who you going to call? Flerken busters. Some big time help does show up for her.
The art is fun and there are lots of cats with tentacle mouths to illustrate. The guest stars are wonderful to see as well.
Captain Marvel repeats to many times that she is the most powerful Avenger. It gets annoying. The story itself does have some action not enough and not illustrated to show how powerful Captain Marvel is. The start off fight is weird as Captain Marvel has to escape from a Flerken.
Overall the character of Captain Marvel is presented as a fun super-hero who can handle anything thrown at her.

Comments: This issue is lighthearted in the way the characters react and handle themselves. There are some nice jokes to using play on words. Captain Marvel has lots and lots of cute cat word play.
Carol's cute cat Chewie is a Flerken an alien race that in one form look like cats. They are extremely dangerous. The Kree want to control them and Captain Marvel and friends are there to kick butt and make cat jokes.
The art does illustrate a wonderful looking space ship. The Guardians of the Galaxy have a small part in this issue. The art overall is done for an all ages audience as is the story.
Captain Marvel learns a valuable lesson here.
It is nice the way we get to see Captain Marvel and Spider-Woman just relaxing having a night off. Well until it is not a night off. Carol and Jess are clearly shown as the best of friends.

Comments: Captain Marvel aka Carol Danvers is teaching driving to the new Wasp aka Nadia Van Dyne. Than a call from G.I.R.L. comes in and it is action time. The Wasp is just chopping at the bits for some action.
The art is done in a nice simple style that is pleasing to look at for any age yet you can tell it is made for a younger audience. The colors are eye popping.
The girls day out driving does have them having fun. Carol is kind of overbearing in being in control. Nadia is more relaxed and free. Both are great characters and have wonderful personalities.
Captain Marvel picks up literally the guy following them. The battle takes a turn as Captain Marvel and the Wasp face A.I.M. assassins. Things do just start to get interesting and the action starts going then its continued. So you will be wanting to come back for more. These two women are just full of excitement.

Comments: The new Wasp stars in this issue with Captain Marvel. They have both been mysteriously shrunk and now the Wasp takes the lead in trying to fix this.
Here we meet the G.I.R.L. Squad the Wasp's support group and they are all the best in their fields. The Wasp has a cool crystal lab in her necklace. It must be nice to carry one around wherever she goes.
A.I.M. has a plan to destroy the Avengers and Captain Marvel was only the first. Now Captain Marvel must follow the Wasp's lead as she tries to get them back to normal size. It is the newbie taking charge and the experienced Avenger following.
The story and art are both done in a easy style to follow. The comic is geared towards a younger reader. So it is not overly exciting. The characters do work well together.

Comments: Carol gets her own Wasp costume since she can not use her powers while shrunk and she and the Wasp are off after A.I.M. They infiltrate the A.I.M. building. Nadia and Carol make a twosome of hero Wasps.
Monica the A.I.M. leader has a shrink ray that Captain Marvel and the Wasp need to get back to normal. Monica also has a small army of A.I.M. agents. Monica did have a plan and one that might have worked if not for two tiny Avengers.
Carol and Nadia do mesh well together and they both enjoy taking out the bad guys. They have different styles of fighting yet they do compliment each other. Nadia is more a thinker and Carol a head strong rush right in person.
These two lovely ladies do save the day.
